The December Real Estate Numbers in Telluride were strong once again.

According to Teddy Errico, your Trusted Advisor from LIV Sotheby's International Realty in Telluride, Colorado, action was hot.

Overall, the Number of Sales for San Miguel County were up 33% as compared to 2023 with a total number of 36 properties changing hands.

The dollar volume was off slightly, just 3%, with over $55 million in real estate selling.  

That dollar volume being off was attributable to some local housing sales in the Town of Mountain Village closing.

The year ended strong.  As compared to 2023, the Dollar Volume of Sales was up 16% with over $1 billion in transactions.  The Number of Sales were up 9%.
