Cornerstone Golf

Cornerstone Golf is back again in 2020 and the course is just incredible, both in layout and condition.  I got my first round of the season in on Saturday. 

The Greg Norman designed course is located about 45 minutes from Telluride, if you take the back roads.  

Initiation fees are reasonable at $15,000 with annual dues currently at $12,000.   

Why would you join?  The first reason is that it is private and exclusive and its almost impossible to play without being a member or being a guest of a member.  The second reason is that it is a great compliment to the Telluride Golf Course.  When Telluride gets busy, play out at Cornerstone.  In addition to the condition of the course, what really stood out to me was just how peaceful the course is.

In addition to club membership, there are opportunities to purchase land to build a dream home, invest on a foursome cabin that will be short term rented, or buy an existing house. 77 Birdsong is available at $1 million.
