The Cimarron Mountain Club recently closed on six memberships at $2.625 million apiece.  The Private Ski Resort is officially launched.  Featuring 1,750 acres and 1,610 vertical drop.  Construction and planning is underway to create 60 ski trails, warming huts, and more.

Also included is a float lake and numerous fly fishing ponds.

The memberships allow each owner to build a private cabin on site for use of their family and friends.

Located 2.5 hours northeast of Telluride, Colorado and just 12 miles northeast of Ridgway, owners can also access the resort via Helitrax.
