Boom! July 2026 Telluride Sales Up Big!

So what happpened?

The Dollar Volume was up big.  137%. Over $102 million in sales and the best July on record.  The Number of sales were up 30%, too.

The average sale was $2.4 million

Where was the action?  The town of Telluride reigned supreme with an 86% increase.  And the remainder of San Miguelk County finally showed some life and was up 58%.

Sales over $5 million were up 500%.

Year to date the townf of Telluride and Mountain Village accounted for 79% of all of the real estate sales in San Miguel County. That's up 9%.
