April 2023 Real Estate Sales Bounce Back

Telluride Real Estate sales in April 2023 bounced back, showing some resiliency after a non-inspiring first quarter of sales in which dollar volume was down by 50%.

Overall, April 2023 saw $94 million in sales, making it the 4th straight month that we have seen an increase in dollar volume.  Great news.

The $94 million was off just 22 percent off of last years pace and the third best April ever.    The number of sales were off slightly more at 36 percent.

Leading the way were four single family home sales in Mountain Village at an average sales price of $9.2 million.
