April 2019 Real Estate Sales in Telluride were down considerably as compared to April 2018.

The dollar volume was down 35%, yet the number of transactions were off only 1 sale.  The sluggish sub market of Mountain Village is a big reason why.  The good news is that year to date we are only off 4% in dollar volume and just 1% (2 sales) in the number of transactions.  With shrinking inventory in the lower priced segments, this is somewhat of a surprise.
