April 2018 Telluride Real Estate Update

April 2018 Real Estate numbers in Telluride are in.  The dollar volume was off 16% as compared to 2017.  In addition the number of properties sold was also off 17%.

Why is it down?  I would guess that its due to a local of inventory in the historic Town of Telluride.  Lackluster snowfall also results in slower April sales.

 But it is still the fourth best April on record since 2008.  And summer is almost here.  Telluride is showing signs of greening up and has awoken from its offseason slumber.  Restaurants are open.  The weather is fantastic!
