A Personal Story on the Global Power of Sotheby's International Realty
The global power of Sotheby's International Realty is a real thing. And just recently it helped me and my family personally. When faced with the decision to sell my parents' house in Tarrytown, New York? The choice was simple. I used Julia B Fee, a long-standing member of the Sotheby's Family.
Michele Gonzalez was the choice for listing agent, out of the Irvington office. She did a wonderful job, getting multiples offers early. We did have to be patient though. The upside to that? The Buyer's Agent ended up coming from that same office. A special thank you to Tina Ortiz.
So what's the point? Preach what you sow and you will be rewarded for your efforts. It was a bittersweet moment for us as we lost our roots in residence that we called home, one way or another for 53 years.
I must also give a shout out to Julia B Fee multiple Branch Manager, Virginia Doetsch. If not for her? I would not have been able to network through multiple offices in Westchester County. I now have a friend for life that not only helps me, but I also get to see a friendly face at all of the fine Sotheby's Networking Events.
221 Benedict Avenue. Tarrytown, New York. Sold $567,500. By Julia B Fee Sotheby's International Realty with Michele Gonzalez and Tina Ortiz.
Thank you!
