A crazy November of sales in the Telluride region occurred.  Over $85 million in property changed hands.  That was an increase of 83 percent as compared to 2018.

Leading the way were 13 town of Telluride condominium sales averaging a price tag of $1.37 million each.  Also contributing to the incredible month, were 5 residential sales in the town of Mountain Village.  Year to date we are now up 1% in sales volume as compared to 2018 and up 1% in the number of transactions.

Not too shabby.

Lets hope December can be somewhere in the ballpark of November 2019
