Grand Heritage Hotels and Resorts is now managing the prime Mountain Village resort, adding to its portfolio of 11 properties after a local investment group purchased the property hotel in late 2009.

Totalling 179 rooms, the hotel is currently going through a series of renovations.

Typical studio hotel rooms start at $134,406. There are approximately 125 studio hotel rooms total ranging in size from 415 sq ft to 471 sq ft with variations in floor plans.

Typical suites of 1 bedroom and 2 baths start at $326,825 and range in size from 814 sq ft to 863 sq ft. There are 28 suites total.
