In my last blog on Telluride Real Estate I talked about some generic overall sales volume in terms of dollars and number of transactions.
Since October 1, here are a few noteworthy sales….
In the historic town of Telluride, 455 West Depot Avenue closed at $3,400,000 or $970 per square foot. Not too shabby. A nearby single family Depot Avenue lot closed for $1,200,000 and only 7% off list price.
In Mountain Village a Ski in/Ski out Dakota Place condo sold for $2,225,000 or $943 per square foot. A Hood Park single family ski in/ski out lot closed for $1,900,000!
Up at Sunnyside Ranch a smaller spec home closed for $4,500,000 or $819 a square foot.
All I am trying to explain is the following. There are deals out there like Courcheval townhomes closing at less than $500 per square foot and under $2,000,000. But if a Buyer has certain Telluride property and real estate needs, they are still going to pay top dollar! Call or email me for details
