Since Telluride had a slow start to the ski season, with snow conditions below average, many people have decided to not go to a destination ski resort this season. What a huge mistake. The skiing is phenominal in Telluride right now and as you can tell from my blog posts, it just keeps snowing and snowing. 6-12 inches of powder in the forecast until Noon Monday. To start the conversation, there will be retreat to determine if there is some type of Private-Public partnership that could be attained. The development plans could include the Carhenge Parking Lot, more snowmaking, a high speed quad lift redirected to the top of Lookout and more guest accommodations near the lift on property TSG owns.
