My personal office team includes Licensed Broker Associate Nate Soules. His direct involvement in Teddy’s business helps ensure that all clients, Buyers and Sellers, get the personal attention they deserve around the clock.

A Telluride resident for over eleven years, Nate relocated here upon finishing his education in Exercise and Sports Sciences at the University of Arizona in Tucson. Nate soon found employment with Telluride Ski and Golf Company working in an assortment of departments including lift operations, golf course maintenance, human resources, guest services, and snowmaking as well as owning and operating a successful landscaping company for six years, Box Canyon Landscaping. Nate's wife, Hilary Soules, a native of San Antonio, Texas, is also a longtime local of Telluride.

Recreationally Nate enjoys snowboarding, skiing, and playing hockey in the winter. During the summertime he spends his time mountain biking and hiking the many trails in the Telluride area and playing golf.

In addition to Nate Soules, Telluride Real Estate Corporation employs full time staff to complement my personal team, including, Stanya Gorraiz, an in-house WebSite, Marketing and Design wizard. Other staff members comprise of Accounting Director Janet Buddle, and Business Manager Jessica Simon.
