Teddy, a Telluride local for over fourteen years, has been working at the Telluride Real Estate Corporation for over ten years. Originally from Tarrytown, New York, Teddy moved to Telluride to finish a graduate degree in Sports and Recreation Administration from Temple University at the Telluride Ski & Golf Company, but never left this paradise.

After two years of managing Special Events and Sponsorships, he switched gears and became the General Manager at the upstart Scott Art Factory, a special event and performing arts venue. Teddy's various positions in Telluride as well as a previous background working in marketing for the New Jersey Devils and Philadelphia Flyers, and building luxury homes in Southern Connecticut has helped launch a successful career in the real estate field. Whether its property in Telluride, the best kept secret restaurant or ski trail, snowboard tips, or the hot nightspots, he can get your vacation started on the right foot.

Teddy heads up the real estate office at Element 52, the town of Telluride’s new ski in/ski out luxury development between Chairs 7 and 8.
