Teddy, a Telluride local for over twelve years, has been working at the Telluride Real Estate Corporation for over eight years. Originally from Tarrytown, New York, Teddy moved to Telluride to finish a graduate degree in Sports and Recreation Administration from Temple University at the Telluride Ski & Golf Company.

After two years of managing Special Events and Sponsorships, he switched gears and became the General Manager at the upstart Scott Art Factory, a special event and performing arts venue. Teddy's various positions in Telluride as well as a previous background working in marketing for the New Jersey Devils and Philadelphia Flyers, and building luxury homes in Southern Connecticut has helped launch a successful career in the real estate field. Whether its property in Telluride, the best kept secret restaurant or ski trail, snowboard tips, or the hot nightspots, he can get your vacation started on the right foot.

When he leaves the Box Canyon to vacation, Teddy likes to spend his time visiting with his extended family in New York, going to any beach or attending music festivals.  On top of all of this, Teddy is the owner/producer of the Telluride Cajun Festival. Telluride’s newest festival offers New Orleans style music and culinary treats and held each summer in mid July on the Ski Resort.

Teddy heads up the full-time real estate office at the ResortQuest Telluride Downtown Office, located at 666 West Colorado Avenue above Clarks Market. This office serves the current property owners managed by ResortQuest and Exclusive Vacation Properties as well as services the real estate needs of all of ResortQuest Telluride’s short term guests. 

Teddy is also a member of the exclusive Rosewood Telluride Discovery Center team located at 133 West Colorado.  This office is a model of the hotel style rooms that will be featured with this 5-star property currently being developed in the Mountain Village, adjacent to the 1^st hole of the Championship Golf course.
